What this quote means is that the amount of sleep you get
each night affects your health and knowledge. For example you can’t expect yourself
to pass a test if you go to sleep late and wake up late. You wont have the much
needed energy to do good in that test. It is important to get enough sleep
because sleep leads to a happier, healthier, wiser you.
